Terms of Use

1. Who we are

These terms govern the use of yiheclothing.shop for browsing the catalogue and buying clothing and accessories from Yihe Clothing Limited, a Hong Kong company. By placing an order or submitting a form you confirm that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Catalogue and prices

Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) using an en-HK format. They include any applicable Hong Kong tax that we are required to collect at the point of sale, unless we state otherwise. A piece is available only while stock lasts. We may refuse or cancel an order if a price is an obvious error, and we will refund any amount already paid.

3. Orders

You must give true checkout details, including a Hong Kong delivery address (floor or unit, street, district and region) and an invoice name used only for the invoice. The contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm that payment has been received or authorised. Until then, a listing is an invitation to treat.

4. Payment

We accept Faster Payment System (FPS), Visa or Mastercard, and bank transfer. FPS is usually confirmed shortly after transfer. Card payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Bank transfers typically clear in 1 business day. The order stays pending until funds are confirmed. We do not offer PIX, boleto or other foreign instant schemes.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery inside Hong Kong is described in the Delivery policy. Size changes, change of mind and defective goods are described in Returns and exchanges. Those pages form part of these terms. Quality and description of goods are also subject to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) where it applies to your purchase.

6. Descriptions

Photographs and copy are a fair picture of the piece. Colour on a screen may differ slightly from the cloth in hand. We comply with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362): we do not apply a false trade description to goods.

7. Intellectual property

The Yihe name, layout, texts and photographs on this site belong to Yihe Clothing Limited or to licensors (including photographers whose work we use under licence). You may not copy the site for commercial use without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You must not attack the site, harvest other people’s data, or use the contact form for spam. We may refuse service if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Hong Kong law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for delay caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance or other mandatory law says otherwise.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have to bring a claim in another competent forum if the law gives you that right.
