1. Area we serve
We deliver within Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and the Outlying Islands. We do not currently offer a walk-in counter for collection. The address you enter at checkout — floor or unit, building name if you give one, street, district and region — is the address we pass to the courier.
2. When we dispatch
After payment is confirmed (FPS shortly after transfer, card when authorised, bank transfer typically 1 business day), we pack and hand the parcel to the courier within 2 business days. Courier time starts from handover, not from the moment you click confirm.
3. When it usually arrives
Hong Kong Island and Kowloon: generally 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. New Territories: 2 to 4 business days. Outlying Islands: 3 to 6 business days, depending on ferry and local rounds. These are estimates. If the courier is delayed we write to the email on the order.
4. Freight
Hong Kong delivery is a flat HK$40. Delivery is free when the subtotal is HK$800 or more. The amount is shown on the cart and on the checkout summary before you confirm. We do not collect extra cash on arrival.
5. Tracking
When the courier confirms collection we send a tracking number to the email on the order. Keep the order reference if you write to the desk.
6. Nobody at the address
The courier may attempt more than one delivery. If nobody can take the parcel it may return to the depot. Contact us to arrange a second run. If the address was incomplete or wrong, we may charge the extra freight for a redelivery.
7. Damage or loss
If the packaging is torn, note it on the courier slip or refuse the parcel. Photograph the box and write to business@yiheclothing.shop within 48 hours. We will replace or refund according to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and our Returns and exchanges page where a piece is not of merchantable quality or does not match the description.
8. Several pieces in one order
We try to ship an order in one parcel. If a size is waiting on stock we will tell you and may split the shipment at no extra freight to you, unless you ask us to wait.
